MARGARET
CULLEN
Margaret
Cullen went to Chelsea School of Art to study life drawing, design,
illustration, lettering, sculpture and painting. Later, stained
glass attracted her to train at the Central School of Arts and Crafts
at Southampton Row, London.
Not
being able to get an apprenticeship or a job after her qualification,
she went into art teaching. On retirement Margaret was able to go
back to stained glass work.
Margaret then
joined the Oxfordshire Craft Guild and then the Oxfordshire Craft
Guild Marketing Co-operative Gallery in Chipping Norton where her
work is available to buy. |
