After studying fine art at Oxford Brookes University, I was taken on as a student by local jeweller, Tony Thomson, before setting up my own workshop in Oxford. I am committed to continuously refining and developing my skills. Since 2009 I spend a day a week working alongside Sonia Cheadle, London-based master goldsmith. I currently exhibit four times a year and in between am kept busy with commissions. I am inspired by details in nature as well as by the materials with which I work, exploring precious metals and gemstones to create and reflect patterns. Most of my pieces are ‘one-off’; some are produced in a limited range; all are made with meticulous care by hand. I am happy to work with clients to develop an individual piece.
